Order Processing/Shipping

All designs are created by hand when the order is placed. Order processing is usually 1-5 days. Due to the handcrafted nature of the products, if there is going to be a further delay you will be notified (i.e. backorders). Items are considered backordered if the materials are not in stock to produce the design.

Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. When your package ships you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your AOD account and track your order.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal (currently your orders are processed via PayPal).

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase AOD accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. The items must be in their original packaging and condition.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Shipping charges and insurance charges are not refundable or transferable. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and it is recommended that you insure the shipment as AOD is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in the mail.

Items being returned do to error on AOD's part will be exchanged with shipping at the expense of AOD. Defective items can also be returned at the expense of AOD.

Privacy

AOD will not share your information with any outside companies or third parties. We only collect information used to process orders and/or add you to our mailing lists. This is not done without your consent.

Newsletters/Mailing Lists

Communications (aside from order communications) are only sent twice a month if you have signed up for our mailing list.

*Please Note: Due to the handcrafted nature of the jewelry lines that AOD designs, stone color, size and shape, as well as chain shape and size may vary SLIGHTLY. Please also be aware some of the designs are delicate and special care should be used when handling them. All items are purchased at your own risk and AOD shall not be held responsible for damage the jewelry may cause.
